Soup base for “Borsch” in Eastern European style
makes approx. 1222 ml (3 portions). Ingredients: beetroot 38%, white cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onions, sunflower oil, table salt, sugar, tomato puree, Dill tips, parsley, modified starch, garlic, acidity regulator: (citric acid), black pepper, bay leaves.
